Up to 10 lbs.............................1/2 tablet daily
10.1-15 lbs..................................1 tablet daily
15.1-20 lbs..........................1 1/2 tablets daily
20.1-25 lbs................................2 tablets daily
25.1-30 lbs..........................2 1/2 tablets daily
30.1-35 lbs................................3 tablets daily

Tablets should be given on an empty stomach, at least one hour before a meal.
